ERROR: No URL was passed to the generic video BBCode

I had quite a problem today when I was trying to debug the following error message:

The solution was pretty simple:

I had two plugins installed that were using the shortcode [ video ]

Only use one plugin. I personally settled for MediaElement.js – HTML5 Audio and Video.
